Call for nominations for the Chartered ABS International Committee 2020

The Chartered Association of Business Schools is calling for new members for our International Committee.

The role of the International Committee is to provide guidance and assist the Chartered ABS with policy formation in the broad area of international issues and internationalisation, as it affects business and management education. It also provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and promotes good practice to support Chartered ABS members to achieve their international goals.

Membership of this committee will be particularly relevant for individuals with a senior strategic international role in their business school, including Deans and Directors, and senior staff with specific responsibilities for international. The terms of reference for the committee can be found here.

Please note that applicants must be currently employed at a business school that is a full member of the Chartered ABS.

Process for nominations

If you are interested in joining our International Committee, please email the following documents to alexander.rees@charteredabs.org by 5pm on Friday 7 February 2020:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • A letter of application outlining the skills and experience you can bring to the committee (the letter should be a maximum of two sides of A4)
  • A short letter of recommendation from your Dean/Head of School to join the Committee

Please note that when making appointments to a committee the Chartered ABS takes into consideration the existing representation of member institutions on that committee so that the diversity of the committee meets the diversity of our membership.
