Chartered ABS launch principles on diversity, equality and inclusion

The Chartered ABS has made a commitment to a set of strategic principles on diversity, equality and inclusion. We will embed these in our own work and activity, and promote them to our member business schools. Advised by our Diversity Committee, these principles focus on encouraging diversity, equality and inclusion, promoting good practice and eliminating all forms of unfair discrimination. Promoting dignity and respect for all, including creating an environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unfair discrimination, are also crucial factors.

We will be working with our Council and within our committee structures to put these strategic principles into practice and to monitor their implementation.
