Independent research and learning 
Many CMBEs undertake personal study to deepen their subject expertise.

For example using the latest blogs on the Chartered ABS website is a great way to keep ones knowledge up to date.

A reading log or notes on how new knowledge has influenced course design can serve as evidence. 

Participation in informal learning communities 
Engaging in professional discussions on social media, forums, or within special interest groups can be recorded. A short summary of key insights and their impact on your teaching practice will support this claim. 

Maximum hours claimable per year: up to 5 hours
