Training Programme Participation

This category covers participation in short courses, workshops, and training sessions on topics relevant to business and management education. These may be delivered by your institution, Chartered ABS, or other recognised organisations.

Technology and skills-based training
Many CMBEs have attended workshops on topics including blended learning, AI in education, or inclusive teaching. If you have acquired new skills and applied them in your practice, you can log this activity with an attendance certificate and a reflection on implementation.

External development opportunities
Participation in external training, such as workshops on assessment and feedback or student engagement strategies, can be recorded. Reflecting on how these insights have shaped your teaching or leadership enhances the validity of your CPD claim.

Maximum hours claimable per year: 20 hours

Examples of verifiable evidence: Certificate of attendance / Copy of signed register
