Bloomberg have provided us with a further update on information and training available for schools seeking emergency access to Bloomberg trading suites. This information has been shared in full below.

UPDATES

Security & Self-Service

Institutions now have more security as Bloomberg provides the ability to remotely control which students can create Bloomberg Terminal logins. Additionally, students no longer require Bloomberg to manually setup their Terminal login and can create a Terminal login directly on the education web portal. To learn more, faculty should log into their Bloomberg for Education accounts.

Two New BMC Courses - Coming September 15th

We are excited to release two new BMC courses, Commodities and Equity Options. In an effort to offer greater support for students trying to access terminal remotely, we've set an official release date of September 15th. All current and future Bloomberg for Education users will automatically get access to the new courses.
