AI literacy for business school professional services staff

About this course

This practical, confidence-building course is designed specifically for professional services staff working in UK business schools. Over three weeks, you'll gain the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills to understand, experiment with, and use artificial intelligence tools in your everyday work.

Whether you're supporting students, managing operations, coordinating programmes, working in marketing or admissions, analysing data, or driving strategic initiatives, this course will help you explore how AI can streamline tasks, improve services, and support smarter decision-making.

You don’t need a technical background – just curiosity and a willingness to learn. We’ll demystify AI and give you the tools and confidence to use it responsibly and effectively in your role.

All sessions will be recorded and available to watch on demand.
