Key questions for discussion include:

  • To what extent is the faculty in your business school involved in executive education, and for those who are involved what do they enjoy, tolerate or fear about executive education delivery?
  • What resources are available to your faculty to deliver executive education? For example, PS support, technology, marketing and sales teams.
  • What are your top faculty strengths, how can you build on areas of competitive advantage and what are the areas to develop?
  • How do you select, recruit, develop, promote and retain executive education faculty? What are the rewards and benefits of being involved in executive education?
  • How nimble is your faculty model? If the market need something you do not currently offer, how do you respond?
