Executive Education Symposium
Meeting client needs in a changing world

14 June, London

The Spring Executive Education Symposium will bring together Directors of Executive Education and senior corporate engagement staff at UK business schools with representatives of a range of executive education clients.

Through formal panel discussions and interactive group discussions we will explore the immediate and longer term priorities of the clients we are looking to serve through executive education; and what this means for business schools who are looking to deliver learning & development to a range of clients at local, national and international level.

The Symposium will also be an opportunity for Directors and managers of executive education teams in UK business schools to share with their peers the things that are ‘keeping them awake at night’; and discuss what business schools need to do to if they are to continue to provide relevant and meaningful development experiences and lifelong learning to post-experience education communities.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Symposium participants will have:

  • A greater awareness of how the turbulent geopolitical environment and the uncertain economic landscape is impacting the priorities of executive education clients
  • New perspectives about the key demographics and characteristics of ‘executive education’ clients and the extent to which current business models and pedagogies need to evolve to remain meaningful.
  • Fresh insights into the sorts of organisations, geographies and sectors that business schools can serve through executive education
