This EDI Community Meeting brings together Learning & Teaching leaders who have an interest in and/or responsibility for embedding inclusivity in their teaching practice and fostering equal opportunities for students.

This community meeting focuses on building inclusive business curricula.

By the end of the event, participants will have:

  • Gained perspective on the importance of inclusivity in business education curricula and the key barriers to inclusivity

  • Engaged in critical discussions on embedding inclusive curricula, with a specific focus on race, ethnicity, decolonisation, and social justice

  • Gained insights from real-life examples and case studies of inclusive curriculum design at both module and programme levels, highlighting success and addressing key challenges in implementation

  • Explored practical strategies to create more inclusive and equitable curricula

  • Connected with like-minded business educators
