The Professional Managers' Annual Conference (PMAC) brings together Heads of Professional Services and senior professional services staff working in, and for, UK business schools.
Business schools are transforming in response to seismic shifts in the sector (universities financial pressures, rising demands for digital-first services and AI capability, and an uncertain policy environment, etc.). With that, their strategic priorities, activities and operations are evolving, often rapidly and in a context of uncertainty.
Organised in three tracks (‘Resourcing and planning’, ‘Leading through change’ and ‘Developing teams’), the conference equips leaders with the tools and insights to build the teams, structures and mindsets needed to support this transformation and pave the way to a more agile and disruption-ready business school.
The programme features various session formats (panel discussions, workshops, roundtables, case studies) showcasing a wide diversity of perspectives and encouraging active input from attendees. Participants will leave the conference with fresh insights, tangible examples and practical takeaways shared by expert speakers and peers.
