The Chartered Association of Business Schools (Chartered ABS) is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead the Demand Generation function for the national Help to Grow: Management programme and associated initiatives.
This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and registrations across a major UK government-backed SME development programme delivered in partnership with UK business schools.
Working in a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of multi-channel marketing, communications, PR, and stakeholder engagement activity that supports programme growth and impact.
We are looking for someone with:
Leadership of a multi-disciplinary marketing and communications strategy to drive demand generation, engagement, and conversion across B2B audiences
Strong experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, messaging, and audience segmentation using personas and insight
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams, including coaching, performance management, and delivery against KPIs
Experience in budget management, forecasting, and delivering cost-effective marketing with strong ROI and CPA focus
Expertise in PR, content marketing, brand management, and multi-channel campaign delivery (including digital, SEO, paid media, and events)
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders, government partners, agencies, and external delivery partners
