The University of Bedfordshire Business School is seeking to recruit a team dedicated to enhancing student success. The team will operate across all three departments reporting to the Associate Dean Teaching Learning and Student Experience. Core objectives of the team will be to identify and intercept students at risk to turnaround their success chances and to provide a bridge between the faculty course teams and wider institutional support functions.
Each Success Intervention Coordinator will take personal responsibility for a specific project strand and so should be equipped to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. You will have experience as a tutor to be able to support unit teaching in areas related to general business but also possess core skills in coaching students who require additional support.
We are seeking an ambitious team who thrive by working together and across the University to solve complex academic progression issues. Successful candidates will have experience in teaching within a business related subject and providing both group and individual support for diverse student groups. The role will be based at the Luton campus or from home when campus is closed during lockdown.
