We are looking for outstanding, experienced and ambitious individuals to join us at Senior Lecturer level to develop the curriculum and deliver teaching to our business students. As a Senior Lecturer in Management, you will have the ability to drive our programmes forward and will contribute to teaching with the ability to apply industry-based knowledge and expertise through an experiential learning environment.

Reporting directly to the Dean we are looking for an outstanding individual to contribute to strong research leadership within the School of Business and Management. This will include:
- Driving Colleague success towards reaching their research potential for REF2027
- Fostering a vibrant research environment, with connections cross-University, to our other campus locations, with our partnerships and to external collaborators
- Shaping our doctoral provision forward with commercial models for other locations and extensive engagement from our research community
The successful candidate will have an outstanding publication record, including elements of world-leading research output and be an inspirational leader who can mentor, coach and support our growing talent.
