The CMBE is overseen by the Professional Standards Board. The Board is responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained across the admissions criteria, CPD participation, and auditing.
The Board's membership is comprised of independent members and academic members. The independent members have expertise in professional standards and quality assurance from roles in prestigious professional bodies. The academic members are leaders in learning and teaching, and are all CMBEs.
