Deans' Meeting: Looking ahead to Autumn 2026 recruitment

Register now for the Deans' Meeting

The Deans' Meeting brings together Deans of Chartered ABS member business schools for a candid discussion on current affairs.

Amidst a competitve recruitment landscape, this meeting will give Deans an overview of what the latest data, particularly the UCAS end-of-cycle admissions data, tells us about domestic recruitment as we head towards Autumn 2026.

Speakers will explore the key findings and the implications for business schools, and what impact the negative rhetoric around higher education will have on enrolment numbers. Insights will also be shared on the state of international enrolments, along with practical guidance on how business schools can prepare for the introduction of the new BCA metrics.

James Coe, Associate Editor (Research & Innovation) at WonkHE, will break down the latest UCAS end-of-cycle admissions data, exploring what it means for domestic recruitment, the implications for business schools, and how negative rhetoric around higher education could impact enrolment.

The meeting will be chaired by Professor Stewart Robinson, Chair of the Chartered ABS.

By Invitation Only and Chatham House Rule - All discussions take place under the Chatham House Rule and attendance is restricted to the Deans of Chartered ABS member institutions.
