Development Programme for Directors of International 2025

Accelerating the development of international leads in UK business schools

The Development Programme for Directors of International (DPDoI) 2024/25 has now taken place. To express your interest for the 2025/26 cohort starting on 16 October 2025, please complete our expression of interest form and we will be in contact when the dates for the next programme are available.

The Development Programme for Directors of International (DPDoI) supports new, and aspiring international leads in UK business schools.

Facilitated by Dr Scott Bambrick, with input from a range of expert guest speakers, DPDoI is a new multi-modular programme specifically designed to help UK business schools grow and diversify their international footprints.

Participants will build the skills, knowledge and networks needed to create and implement effective international strategies, foster meaningful global partnerships, and navigate the contemporary challenges in the international education market.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the programme participants will have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the structures and dynamics of international partnerships, and enhanced awareness of contemporary issues and trends in international education markets

  • New ideas about how to leverage their leadership strengths to effectively fulfil their roles as Directors of International / International Leads

  • Insights into how business schools are facilitating staff and student mobility and fostering global learning environments

  • Reflected on their own development needs as change leaders

  • Joined a network of executive education leaders
