Accelerating the development of new directors and aspiring leaders of executive and professional education
The Executive Education Leadership Programme (EELP) supports the professional development of new directors and aspiring leaders of executive and professional education in business schools and universities.
Each year the programme brings together a cohort of professional education leaders from business schools and universities across the UK and internationally.
By attending this multi-modular programme participants will build their capability and knowledge to lead their institution's professional education strategy, grow its client base and deliver a portfolio of high quality executive and professional provision, generating vital income.
Led by a highly experienced facilitator and expert guest speakers, participants will consider their own institution’s context and mission, and sharpen their personal skills in leading change and developing teams equipped to build corporate relationships and deliver impactful programmes.
