The move into higher education brings a sudden change in structure, expectations, teaching methods and responsibility for seeking support. Neurodivergent students can arrive with considerable capability but encounter barriers created by fragmented handovers, unclear expectations and an assumption that they will immediately know how to navigate unfamiliar systems. This CMBE Community Meeting, led by Robert Annis, will explore how business schools can design the transition more deliberately.
For this session, the emphasis is practical, evidence-informed and relevant to the realities of business-school education. Participation from colleagues with lived experience is welcomed, without expectation to disclose.
This event is a CMBE Community Meeting and is open to CMBE Subscribers only.
