Leading a team: the Belbin Model

This is the second of 2 60-minute sessions on team leadership using Belbin in March 2026. The first session will focus on team leadership and understanding your own strengths. The second session will centre on appreciating others and how to build a team for the future. The sessions are linked but stand-alone; CMBEs are welcome to attend one or both.

The Belbin online questionnaires must be completed prior to the event. This involves completing a questionnaire (the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory - 15 mins) and also obtaining feedback via a separate questionnaire from a minimum of 4 people (the Observer Assessment - 5 mins).
