Call for members: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee

The Chartered Association of Business Schools is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join its Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Committee.

We are looking for members who are enthusiastic about advancing equity, diversity and inclusion across the business school sector, and who are keen to contribute their expertise, insight and lived experience to support meaningful change. 

The EDI Committee plays a vital role in shaping the Association’s strategy and activity in this area. As a member, you will help inform initiatives, share best practice, and support our mission and key priorities to create a more inclusive and representative community across our member institutions. 

Who should apply?

We welcome applications from individuals:

  • With leadership roles

  • With a strong evidenced commitment to EDI principles and practice

  • From a wide range of professional backgrounds, roles and leadership career stages

  • With experience, expertise, or lived experience relevant to EDI

  • Who are keen to collaborate, contribute ideas, and influence positive change

We are particularly keen to ensure diverse representation across the Committee and encourage applications from individuals from underrepresented groups. 

What’s involved?

  •  Attendance and contribution at regular committee meetings (three times per year)

  • Opportunities to contribute to projects, working groups and events

  • Acting as an advocate for EDI within your institution and the wider community
