Accelerating the development of international leads in UK business schools

The Development Programme for Directors of International (DPDoI) is a multi-modular development programme designed specifically for new and aspiring international leads in UK business schools.

Facilitated by Dr Scott Bambrick, Dean of Keele Business School, with contributions from a wide range of sector experts, the programme blends strategic insight, practical tools, and peer learning. It will help you grow and diversify your school’s international portfolio, strengthen key partnerships, and navigate the rapidly evolving global higher education landscape.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the programme, participants will have:

  • Refined and enhanced their existing strategic skills to design and deliver innovative, high-impact international strategies

  • New skills to collaborate more effectively with senior leaders and colleagues, building stronger influence and alignment across their school and institution

  • A deeper understanding of international partnerships and global education trends to inform long-term decision-making
