Graduate capability does not automatically translate into access to sustainable work. Neurodivergent students can be disadvantaged by recruitment conventions, ambiguous expectations, narrow definitions of professionalism and careers support built around a single model of communication and self-presentation.
This CMBE Community Meeting, with Robert Annis, examines how business schools can prepare students for employment without teaching them simply to mask or conform—and how stronger employer partnerships can reduce barriers at both sides of the transition.
For this session, the emphasis is practical, evidence-informed and relevant to the realities of business-school education. Participation from colleagues with lived experience is welcomed, without expectation to disclose.
This event is a CMBE Community Meeting and is open to CMBE Subscribers only.
