This 45-minute fringe meeting as part of LTSE 2026 will explore how educational impact is interpreted within teaching and education promotion pathways in business schools.
It will help CMBEs develop practical approaches to evidencing the impact of their educational work and educational scholarship, and learn from peers how teaching innovations, curriculum leadership and pedagogic scholarship have been translated into promotion cases.
The session will also provide an opportunity to discuss how education-focused academics can articulate the value and influence of their work within their institutions.
