Call for nominations: Chartered ABS International Committee

The Chartered Association of Business Schools is seeking new members for our International Committee. Applications are open to business school deans, associate deans, and senior staff in international roles from Chartered ABS member business schools.

Role of the International Committee

The committee represents and engages with Chartered ABS members to support policy development and capacity building in the areas of internationalisation of business schools and international students in the context of Business & Management education.

Areas of Focus

• Discuss critical international issues, challenges, and opportunities facing UK business schools.

• Advise the Chartered ABS Council on policy and external relations activities related to internationalisation.

• Represent and advocate for the collective interests of Chartered ABS members regarding international business education.

Application Process

To join our International Committee, please email the following documents to Michael Baptist (michael.baptist@charteredabs.org) by 5pm on Friday 2 August 2024. Your application must have the support of your Dean/Head of School prior to submission:

1. Curriculum Vitae

2. Letter of Application: Outline the skills and experience you can bring to the committee (maximum two sides of A4).

3. Letter of Recommendation: A short letter from your Dean/Head of School.

Both letters should be addressed to Michael Baptist. When submitting your application, please confirm that you are happy for your details and documents to be shared with the Chair and Vice-Chair of the committee.
