We are accepting up to two nominations per member school, which must be accompanied by a supporting statement from the Dean/Head of School. The deadline for nominations is 5pm on Friday 24 April 2026.
The role of the Scientific Committee is to advise the AJG Editorial team on which journals should be included in the Guide and the grades that they are to be assigned. We are now seeking to appoint academics in the following AJG subject areas:

Management Development & Education

Regional Studies, Planning & Environment
Please note the following in relation to this call for nominations:
Individuals must be employed by a Chartered ABS member school.
We will only consider a maximum of two nominations per member school, meaning either one nomination in two subject areas or two nominations in a single subject area.
Applicants must complete and send an application form. The form must be e-signed by the Dean of the applicant’s business school before being sent to us. Alternatively, the supporting statement can be provided on a business school letterhead with the Dean’s signature.
We will only accept nominations to the eight subject areas listed above. We will not accept nominations to AJG subject areas that are not listed above.
This is a competitive process which attracts high interest. Due to the limitations on numbers it will not be possible to offer a place to everyone who applies on this occasion.
We will take into consideration representation from across the diverse Chartered ABS membership when reviewing the nominations received.
